Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This site is run by Christina Fletcher. This page explains what information I
collect, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is
unclear, email me at christina@christinafletcher.com and I will answer plainly.

I decide what gets collected on this site and what happens to it afterwards.
That makes me the one responsible for it, and it means any question about your
information should come to me rather than to the companies listed further down.

What I collect

When you take the Relationship Health Checkup

The Checkup asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address,
organization, website, and industry. Team size and annual revenue range are
optional. It also records your answers to the sixteen questions and the score
those answers produce.

I use this to send you your results, and to understand whether a Business
Reality Check is a fit for your business. I will also send you occasional
emails about my work. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and you can
use it at any time without losing access to your results.

When you use the contact form

The Let’s Talk form collects whatever you type into it, so that I can reply.

When you visit any page

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people
read. It records things like which pages you viewed, roughly where in the
world you are, and what kind of device you used. It does not tell me who you
are by name.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets two cookies on this site, named _ga and _ga_2XNCE6ENJM.
They exist to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block or delete
them in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.

I do not use advertising cookies, and I do not sell your information to anyone.

Who else handles your information

HighLevel, the company behind GoHighLevel, runs the Relationship Health
Checkup and stores the contact records it creates. HighLevel handles that
information on my instructions only, and does not use it for its own purposes.

Its servers are in the United States, on Amazon Web Services, spread across
more than one location. That means I cannot promise your information stays
inside any one country. Some of it may also reach HighLevel’s affiliates and
service providers abroad, including in India, so that the service stays fast
and keeps working if one location goes down.

If you are in Europe or the UK, two things cover that transfer. HighLevel is
certified under the EU to US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and
it uses Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google provides the analytics described above.

Hostinger hosts this website and keeps its server logs.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy covering what happens to
data on their systems.

How long I keep it

I keep your contact details and Checkup results until you ask me to delete
them. If we have not been in contact for three years, I delete them.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask
me to delete it. Email christina@christinafletcher.com and I will take care of
it. If you live in the EU, the UK, or California you have these rights by law,
and I will honor them wherever you live.

If you would rather not be counted in analytics at all, most browsers have a
setting for that, and browser extensions can block it outright.

Changes to this page

If I change how any of this works, I will update this page and change the date
at the top.
